Objective

1. Digitization of approximately 5,000 rare and copyright-free books and establishment of a free digital library by 2021.

2. Digitization of various dictionaries currently available and uploading them on Odia Virtual Academy website for free access by citizens.

3. Promotion of Odia unicode font faces through standardization of typing keyboards and making them affordable for public.

4. Development of primers and uploading them on Odia Virtual Academy for easy learning and speaking of Odia language by English, French, German, Japanese and Spanish people.
